How much does it cost to ship to my state or country?
We currently offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
UnitedStates flat rate shipping: $2.75 (US orders over $30 ship free!)
- Canada flat rate shipping: $9.55
- Other international flat rate shipping: $13.25
We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping prices are subject to change and will increase when USPS shipping rates increase.
Please note: If you are outside the U.S. your country may charge an import tax.
How will I know when my package is shipped and how to track it?
ComfyEarrings are shipped via USPS first-class package. You’ll receive an email from our system, including your tracking number, when your earrings ship.
Note: For international orders, the tracking feature may stop once the package leaves the United States. If you feel your package is unnecessarily delayed, please contact your local customs office. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact our support team.
How long will it take to ship ComfyEarrings to my house?
We process and mail orders on business days (Monday – Friday). Your order will normally be shipped within 48 hours – unless it’s the weekend. In that case, it will be on it’s way to you the following business day.
Our packages come from North Texas and are typically in a padded envelope. You should expect them to arrive in about the same time-frame as a letter from Texas via the United States Postal Service.
Please note: Custom ComfyEarrings are handmade-to-order. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.
What do I do if I think my package is lost?
The US Postal Service is very reliable – especially because we use their tracking feature. But, now and then a package can go missing. If you think this has happened to your package, please contact us. We’ll start an investigation and make sure you get your order.
