If possible, please contact us when you ship your return. This way we can watch for your return order and credit your money back as promptly as possible.

We highly recommend that you always get a tracking number when ship your return or exchange. This ensures that there is a record of us receiving your package, or if the package is lost it can be tracked down. If you do not get a tracking number we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your return.

There are no forms to fill out, but your full name, order number, and/or shipping address on or in the package would be helpful in identifying your return order. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Note about returns on Custom ComfyEarrings: Due to the highly customized nature of these ComfyEarrings, our typical guarantee has been slightly adjusted: All Custom ComfyEarrings come with a 45-day quality guarantee. If you find any product defects within the first 45 days (after receipt) please contact customer service for repair or replacement. (For Custom ComfyEarrings, we cannot offer refunds for “wrong size” issues. If you’re unsure about our sizing, please try one of our non-custom pairs before placing a custom order.)
