Length of post is 6.0 mm long, which is "one size fits most." If you're ordering for small ears, please request free clear spacers in the "order notes."

The exclusive screw-on Comfy Earrings® Comfy Flat Back is just 6.0 mm wide and 2.0 mm thick for maximum comfort and balance. It eliminates pressure on your ears and covers the back of the post to protect your neck from painful pokes (even while sleeping)!
