We understand that shipping can be a major concern for online shoppers. That’s why we’re diligent in our shipping practices. Orders are shipped out within days… not weeks. So, you’ll be enjoying the comfort of ComfyEarrings in no time!
Here are our most frequently asked questions about shipping:
How much does it cost to ship to my state or country?
All US orders over $30 ship via USPS Ground Advantage for free! Other flat-rate shipping options are listed on our cart and checkout pages. Flat-rate shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout.
We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping prices are subject to change and will increase when the USPS shipping rates increase. (US customers can also choose UPS Ground at checkout.)
Please note: If you are outside the US, your country may charge import taxes or other fees.
How will I know when my package is shipped and how to track it?
You’ll receive an email from our system, including a tracking number, when your earrings ship.
Note: For international orders, the tracking feature may stop once the package leaves the United States. If you feel your package is unnecessarily delayed, please contact your local customs office. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact our support team.
How long will it take to ship ComfyEarrings to my house?
We process and mail orders on business days (Monday – Friday). Your order will normally be shipped within 48 hours – unless it’s the weekend. In that case, it will be on its way to you the following business day.
Our packages come from North Texas and are typically in a padded envelope. You can expect them to arrive in about the same timeframe as a letter from Texas via the USPS or the standard UPS Ground shipping timeframe. For both the USPS and UPS, packages are typically delivered in 2-5 business days, once your package is received by the carrier.
What do I do if I think my package is lost?
The USPS and UPS are very reliable – especially because we use their tracking features. But, now and then a package can go missing. If you think this has happened to your package, please contact us. We’ll start an investigation and make sure you get your order.
