Ideally, a Comfy Earrings® back never goes missing, but we know how tiny parts can fall through cracks (or down the drain). Don’t worry! You don’t have to get a new set of Comfy Earrings – just some new backs. Please note: The screw-on Comfy Earrings® Comfy Flat Backs are custom designed to fit our Comfy Earrings threaded post only. Comfy Earrings replacement backs are not designed to work with other earring posts and cannot screw onto traditional earring posts.

- Stainless replacement backs are polished 316L 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. Rose Gold, Gold, Modern, and Multicolor replacement backs are plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
