- Your photo must be originally owned and not violate any third-party copyright.
- By submitting your photo, you are consenting to assign royalty-free copyright to Comfy Earrings Inc. and releasing the copyright of the photo for use by ComfyEarrings.com (Comfy Earrings Inc.) for promotional purposes in perpetuity.
- For your photo to be considered, it must be a photo taken by you of you (or your child for which you have legal guardianship) wearing Comfy Earrings as the main subject. (If submitting a group photo, you must have permission from all other subjects to enter.)
- By entering this contest, all entrants agree to allow Comfy Earrings to display their name and photo on our website and for any other purpose without any additional form of compensation.
- By entering, you consent to the reproduction and publication of your submission in part or whole by any media format without limitation including print, digital, online, any website, or social media platform.
- Entries must be received before midnight of the final day of the month they are being entered in. Winners will be announced the following month.
- The winner each month will be notified via email.
