ComfyEarrings Terms and Conditions
ComfyEarrings.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for the ComfyEarrings.com website at any time. You are responsible for regularly viewing the terms and conditions.
ComfyEarrings Guarantee Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee on all styles of ComfyEarrings: We personally test and approve every style of ComfyEarrings before they appear on this site. (In fact, our founder, Christina Gillick, wears two pairs of ComfyEarrings 24/7/365.) She checks for comfort, quality, and style. If they don’t pass, they don’t make it into our product line.
Because of our testing process – and the comfort of our earrings – we can confidently offer a full year (that’s 365-days!), no-hassle, 100% money-back guarantee. We know if you try them for just 24 hours, you’ll fall in love with them. But, if you don’t, simply return them to us for a full refund. No questions asked.
ComfyEarrings Comments and Reviews
ComfyEarrings.com reserves the right to delete any and all spam comments. Comments and reviews are monitored and removal is done at the discretion of ComfyEarrings.com.
Any irrelevant links posted in comments or reviews may be removed by ComfyEarrings.com. URLs and links in comments are not the responsibility of ComfyEarrings.com.
Nickel Allergy Alert
All 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel contains some nickel. (That’s why we also offer an expanding line of nickel-free Titanium ComfyEarrings.) However, when it comes to ear irritations, we’ve found that most people react to the style of traditional earrings, not the metal itself.
That’s why we have a 100% money-back guarantee. That way you can try ComfyEarrings for yourself, risk-free. If you experience any sign of an allergic reaction, please remove and return your ComfyEarrings for a full refund.
Continuing to wear ComfyEarrings after any allergic reaction is at your own risk. Beyond our 100% money-back guarantee, ComfyEarrings is not responsible for any discomfort or allergic reactions.
Over-Tightening Warning
ComfyEarrings have a post with a screw-on back. While rare, it is possible to over-tighten ComfyEarrings. To avoid over-tightening, familiarize yourself with “righty-tighty, lefty-loosey”. Also, test your ComfyEarrings before inserting them into your ears: they should snugly twist into place and untwist with just a bit of force.
Once your ComfyEarrings are inserted, check daily to ensure they are not loosening. If over-tightening occurs, use a rubber glove or small jewelry cloth to gain traction. Also, confirm that you are twisting the ComfyEarrings back toward the left to loosen it.
Choking Hazard Warning
ComfyEarrings are not designed for children under 12. ComfyEarrings contain small parts which could pose a choking hazard for young children. Use of ComfyEarrings should be with adult supervision only.
By purchasing from ComfyEarrings, you acknowledge full responsibility. ComfyEarrings (and Gillick LLC) assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse.
Always supervise children while they’re wearing ComfyEarrings. Be sure to check tightness daily and contact us if you experience any issues.
Limitation of Liability of Products Sold
Except for the ComfyEarrings Guarantee Policy, ComfyEarrings makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the ComfyEarrings website. ComfyEarrings expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this website.
The sole and exclusive maximum liability of ComfyEarrings, arising from any product sold by ComfyEarrings, is the price at the time of purchase. In no event is ComfyEarrings (including its directors, officers, employees, or representatives) liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
